Discipline is a United States progressive rock band formed in 1987 by singer/songwriter Matthew Parmenter.Based in Detroit, Michigan the band has released five studio albums, two live albums, a live DVD, and a live concert motion picture.Discipline may be best known for their 1997 release Unfolded Like Staircase.
