Joseph Keckler is an American singer, musician, and writer.The Village Voice named Keckler "Best Downtown Performance Artist in New York" in 2013.In 2016 he was named a "major vocal talent" by the New York Times.Keckler's performance pieces have been presented at such venues as The New Museum, SF MOMA, NP Contemporary Art Space, and Joe's Pub.Keckler's voice is unique in the sense that it spans three octaves.In 2017 he released his first book, Dragon at the Edge of a Flat World.
